Thoroughbreds Netball Club, located in Norwich, Norfolk, is a thriving community club that has grown from a single team in the 1970s to over 150 senior and junior members. This open club welcomes players of all abilities and provides experienced and highly qualified coaches, umpires, and volunteers to support the players.
Led by head coach Helene Buckingham, a former England international in junior and senior age groups, Thoroughbreds Netball Club takes pride in nurturing and developing “homegrown” players who have represented at county, regional, national, NPL, and NSL levels.
The club offers various teams for different age groups and skill levels, including the Thoroughbreds National premier League in Division 3, the Thoroughbreds East Regional League in Division 2, and the Thoroughbreds East Regional League U16 & U14 in Division 3. The club also participates in the Norwich Netball League, fielding both senior and junior squads.
