Christopher Ward brings over a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer, with a background in competitive athletics, to design programming that is both effective and enjoyable for clients at all fitness levels. Aneeka Bhalla, a registered physiotherapist with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, combines evidence-based interventions with a holistic approach to treat the root cause of injuries and help clients achieve long-lasting results.
