Katy Folley welcomes all sports players to The Wellness Woman, a physiotherapy clinic in Brentwood. Established in a purpose-built studio with an adjoining consultation room, Katy ensures a comfortable space for all clients.
Focusing on pelvic health and Pilates, Katy supports women through all life's stages – from childbearing to post-menopause. She also aids those experiencing pelvic floor issues, pain, or prolapse.
Katy founded The Wellness Woman in 2018 to offer personalised care for women’s pelvic health. With her physiotherapy qualifications since 2002 and a specialisation in women's health from 2011, Katy brings a wealth of knowledge to the clinic.
The clinic offers various services, including pelvic health physiotherapy, Pilates classes, bladder and bowel dysfunction management, pelvic pain and prolapse management, musculoskeletal care during the childbearing year, menopause coaching, scar and visceral therapy, and breath coaching.
