During the free consultation, Olivia, the organiser, will discuss your goals and develop a personalised programme that suits your needs and lifestyle. From there, you'll get a clearer idea of how long it may take to reach your desired results.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU TRAIN? This mainly depends on your individual goals and circumstances. Typically, most clients train with Olivia 2-3 times a week. This provides a balanced approach, giving your body enough time to rest and recover between sessions.

However, everyone is different, and Olivia is happy to discuss and tailor a training frequency that works best for you.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT FROM A YIN YOGA CLASS? Yin yoga is a gentle and meditative practice targeting deeper connective tissues and joints. In a Yin yoga class with Olivia, expect a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere where poses are held for longer periods, usually between 2–8 minutes. This helps with a deep release and stretching of the connective tissues, improving flexibility and mobility.

WHAT IF YOU HAVE INJURIES OR HEALTH CONCERNS? As a qualified personal trainer and yoga instructor, Olivia has experience working with individuals with injuries or health concerns. During the consultation, any specific health issues or injuries can be discussed, and Olivia will adapt the training or yoga sessions to ensure your safety and well-being.

CAN YOU TRAIN WITH A FRIEND? Definitely! Training with a friend can be a great way to stay motivated and have fun while working towards your fitness goals. If you and a friend are interested in training together, mention it during the consultation, and Olivia can discuss options for group sessions.
