Not only do we cater to individuals, but we also cater to groups of up to 45 people. We offer a great experience for schools, youth groups, birthday parties, and corporate groups. Our facility is perfect for team building activities or a unique and adventurous day out.

In addition to rock climbing, The Wall is also home to the Basement Cinema. We believe in giving alternative films the respect they deserve, showcasing a more varied programme than most cinemas in the region. Our range of films extends from Europe and Africa to our close neighbour, Samoa.

The Basement Cinema is a cosy and intimate space, with two snug screens that give you the feeling of watching a private screening with the film's producers. The comfortable lounging seats provide ample space and a perfect point of view for all viewers.

To enhance your cinema experience, we have extended our bar to offer an extensive range of New Zealand wines and craft beers. You can relax with a glass of wine or enjoy some delicious wedges before the show. We also provide the best milkshakes for the younger ones who may feel left out.

The Basement Cinema is not just limited to traditional film screenings. We are at the forefront of a new wave in cinema, presenting live recordings of operas from London's National Gallery. This gives music lovers the opportunity to experience classical theatre captured live on stage.
