To cater to different fitness levels and experience. For beginners, we recommend starting with our Introductory Reformer class. This class focuses on teaching the fundamental movements and principles of Pilates, ensuring that you have a strong foundation to build upon. Our instructors will provide modifications and guidance to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident throughout the class.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for unrestricted movement. Leggings or workout pants and a fitted top are ideal. Please also wear grip socks to ensure safety and stability on the equipment.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GROUP CLASSES AND PRIVATE CLASSES?
Group classes are conducted in a fun and supportive environment where you can sweat it out with a community of like-minded women. These classes follow a structured programme and are suitable for all fitness levels. On the other hand, private classes offer personalised attention and are tailored specifically to your goals and needs. These sessions are perfect for those who prefer a more individualised approach or have specific injuries or limitations.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND CLASSES?
We recommend attending classes at least 2–3 times per week to see optimal results. Consistency is key in achieving your fitness goals and building strength and flexibility. However, we understand that life gets busy, so we encourage you to listen to your body and find a routine that works best for you.
