Founder Kate has a unique story that began in 2016. With over three decades of experience as a trained dancer, she decided to fulfil her dreams and start her own business. Studio Technic, her training company, has been running successfully for seven years, initially offering group classes, mums and bubs sessions, and corporate and personal training. It became clear that personal training, which thrived throughout the tough times, was the key to survival.
With this realisation, the idea for The Training Depot was born. Kate and her team made the smart move to shift their focus exclusively to personal training, leading to the creation of the co-sharing space for trainers.
