Founded by Chiropractor Nicole Lawler, our boutique venue offers a range of Pilates classes led by dedicated and friendly instructors. At The Studio Padstow, we believe in enhancing overall health, conditioning, and wellness for all participants.

Our class offerings cater to individuals of all ages and abilities. If you're new to Reformer Pilates or a seasoned participant, our engaging and focused classes are designed to bring out the best in you. Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that strengthens, energises, tones, and transforms your body. It also promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and stress relief, ensuring both your body and mind benefit.

For those looking for a total body workout using their own body weight as resistance, our Mat Pilates classes are perfect. These classes feature classical Pilates exercises that strengthen the core, challenge deep muscles, enhance stability and posture, and improve spinal health.

We also offer LIIT (Low Intensity Interval Training), one of our newest classes. LIIT combines body weight and small equipment for a muscular endurance and aerobic workout. It's suitable for individuals of all ages, exercise backgrounds, and fitness levels.
