Steve Harrison, the organiser behind "The Studio, Gym, and Fitness," is reaching out to the sports community to introduce a unique training facility at Fosseway Business Park in Moreton-in-Marsh. The Studio offers a more pleasant training environment for its members, with membership capped at just 80 to ensure no one has to queue for equipment, even during peak times. The minimum age for membership is 18.

Steve has designed The Studio’s gym floor with spaciousness and functional fitness in mind, focusing on free weights rather than conventional isolation machines. This layout not only supports top-notch workouts but also enables members to maintain social distancing.

The Studio operates from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on weekends, providing flexible hours to fit different schedules. Steve is an experienced personal trainer who offers individualised fitness plans, complete with healthy eating advice and appropriate exercises to help members reach their goals. Online coaching is also available to keep members on track.

Membership options include single membership at £65 per month and joint membership at £90 per month, both with no long-term contracts. All members must complete a membership contract and Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire at reception before starting their training journey.

The Studio also offers a range of free classes for members, from HIIT sessions suitable for all, to stretch and mobility, and strength and conditioning classes. These adaptable classes run throughout the week and weekends, ensuring everyone can find a session that fits their schedule.

For added convenience, The Studio has an app that members can download for information, updates, and resources straight from their smartphones. Reviews and a photo gallery showcasing the gym and its members can be found on social media, particularly Instagram.
