Welcome to The Studio Boutique Pilates, a top Pilates studio located in Alliston, Ontario. We offer a variety of classes to suit all levels of experience, including Group Reformer Pilates, Private Reformer Pilates, Group Mat Pilates, and Barre Class. Our classes are available six days a week at our newly opened studio on Dufferin Street S.

We offer a range of classes to suit different preferences and goals. Our Reformer Pilates classes include Tone and Sculpt, Cardio (using the jumpboard), and Restore & Stretch. Mat Pilates involves performing exercises on a mat without specialized equipment, focusing on bodyweight resistance, controlled movements, and breath awareness. Barre Class combines ballet, Pilates, and yoga to strengthen and tone muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance balance and posture.
