The Studio

The Studio is a vibrant dance school located in Leighton Buzzard, New Zealand. Formerly known as FooFooFunClub, it has transformed and expanded its services to cater to all women in the community. The school is proud to introduce Sarah, a certified Holistic Core Restore coach, who brings the revolutionary programme to The Studio.

Holistic Core Restore is a concept developed by Jenny Burrell and aims to provide women at every stage of their life a space to connect with and strengthen their entire core and pelvic floor system. Sarah's expertise in this field has allowed her to successfully deliver the programme in various locations, including Tring, Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, and now at The Studio in Leighton Buzzard.

At The Studio, the team understands the challenges faced by mothers and the limited “me” time they have. Therefore, they have designed classes that allow you to take care of your little one while taking some much-needed time for yourself. Playmats and sensory toys are provided for the entertainment of the babies, but you are welcome to bring your own blanket or car seat if you prefer. The studio also provides a nappy changing unit and a comfortable space for feeding your baby.

During the classes, you are encouraged to tend to your baby as needed, creating a relaxed and inclusive environment for both moms and babies. Before or after your class, you can enjoy a hot drink and indulge in some delicious homemade cakes at The Studio café. This is also a great opportunity to socialise and connect with other mothers and their babies.
