Situated at 2/172 Charters Towers Road in Hermit Park, Queensland, our gym is easily accessible and conveniently located. Our dedicated team of knowledgeable trainers is committed to helping you reach your fitness goals by providing exceptional coaching and support.
At The Strength Studio TSV, we offer a range of specialised services to cater to all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Our focus areas include strength and conditioning, powerlifting, and coaching. Our gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring that you have access to the tools you need to push your limits and achieve your fitness goals.
Our operating hours are designed to accommodate various schedules, making it easier for you to incorporate your fitness routine into your busy lifestyle. We are open from 5:30 am to 7:00 am and 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays, and from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sundays. We are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
To make your training experience even more convenient, we also offer a variety of services including coaching sessions, semi-private lessons, private training, and personal training. Our highly qualified trainers, led by Scott Kuhn, provide one-on-one guidance, ensuring that you receive personalised attention and expert advice tailored to your specific needs.
