The founder and lead trainer, Alejandra, has a diverse background in sports and fitness, including gymnastics, basketball, triathlons, and olympic weightlifting. With certifications as a Personal Trainer from ACE and an Olympic Weightlifting Competition Coach through the NCCP, Alejandra is committed to promoting strength training as a means of building resilient men and women.
With 7 years of experience in personal training and olympic weightlifting, Alejandra believes in individualized programming tailored to each client's needs. She draws from her Bachelor's in Psychology and experience as a physio assistant to provide well-rounded training that focuses on strength, mobility, and overall health. Alejandra meets clients where they are, focusing on what their bodies can do rather than what they should look like.
