The Sports Arena is a leisure centre and gym located in Manchester. Situated at our Middleton Campus, it features state-of-the-art fitness facilities that cater to the diverse needs of our community. Our Sports Arena boasts a fully equipped gym, complete with the latest weight training, cardio, and resistance equipment. Members can work out at their own pace and choose from a wide range of exercise options. In addition to individual workouts, we also offer a variety of group activities, including yoga, spinning, metafit, and bootcamp. These classes are free for members, encouraging a sense of community and motivation amongst our members to achieve their fitness goals.
We take pride in being a family-friendly leisure centre, offering activities for children of all ages, starting from 18 months and up. Our regular weekend and weekday activities cater to the younger members of our community, ensuring that everyone can lead an active and healthy lifestyle.

These include no joining fee, free classes, no contract obligations, discounts on facility hire, and a free trial to experience our facilities firsthand. Furthermore, we offer free health check-ups, such as blood pressure and body fat analysis, to help our members monitor their progress and overall well-being. We also provide discounted physiotherapy and massage treatments to support our members in their fitness journey.
Our Sports Park, located within the premises, offers a range of playing pitches that cater to different sports. This includes a fully floodlit, third-generation, all-weather astroturf ideal for football and various grass and rugby pitches used by local teams for matches and training sessions.
The Sports Arena follows convenient opening times to accommodate the busy schedules of our members. We are open Monday to Thursday from 7:15am to 9pm, Friday from 7:15am to 9pm, Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and Sunday from 9am to 4pm. Please note that we are closed on Bank Holidays.
