Whether someone loves intense workouts or prefers something more gentle, The SCS offers a range of exercise options.

One of the unique aspects of The SCS is its commitment to creating a safe and supportive space. They pride themselves on having a gym environment free of mirrors, gym-bros, and diet culture. They never suggest pursuing means to alter, fix, shrink, or change one's body. This allows women to feel comfortable and confident to experiment with movement, lifting weights, and technique without fear of judgement or pressure to conform to societal beauty standards.

The Self Care Sisterhood is dedicated to helping women build body trust and strength. Their team of experienced coaches prioritise educating members on movement patterns, correct technique, and finding what works best for their unique body. They measure success based on small victories, how safe and confident members feel, rather than focusing solely on body shape or size. The SCS offers a variety of fitness classes including weight-lifting, pilates (mat and barre), cardio/HIIT, mobility, and yoga, ensuring there is something for everyone to get their endorphin fix.

For those who prefer a community-focused workout experience, The SCS offers group classes. These classes provide an opportunity to get strong and feel confident while being surrounded by a supportive and encouraging community. With classes running seven days a week, members can move for their minds every day.

For a more personalised training experience, The SCS offers Strong Academy, a strength and conditioning programme tailored to individual needs. The programme is completed alongside 4–5 teammates, providing the benefits of personal training with the added support and accountability of a team.

For those seeking a one-on-one personal training experience, The SCS offers sessions with a dedicated trainer. Each session includes a programme completely tailored and personalised for the individual's body, fitness level, and any injury considerations. This option allows members to achieve their biggest movement goals and feel amazing.

To make it easy for women to get started, The SCS offers an introductory offer of 28 days of unlimited classes for only $99. This allows members to explore the range of classes available and build strength while feeling accomplished. The SCS aims to create an encouraging and educational environment while fostering a supportive and kind community that boosts mood and uplifts members.

To join The Self Care Sisterhood, the process is simple. Interested individuals can fill out an inquiry form to help the team understand their specific movement needs and support requirements. From there, a phone call will be arranged to discuss if The SCS is the right fit. A time will then be scheduled for an in-person welcome consultation and studio tour.

During the consultation, a plan will be developed based on the choice of an introductory offer or chosen membership.

The Self Care Sisterhood was founded by Chloe, who struggled to find a safe and inclusive place to exercise. She decided to create one herself, prioritising body trust, strength, and finding a movement routine that brings joy. Chloe believes that no one should have to navigate their fitness journey alone, which is why she created a kind and supportive community at The SCS.
