Our services include Real Resolution, a group exercise programme designed specifically for real people. Unlike bootcamps, our programme focuses on making exercise fun and enjoyable, regardless of your fitness level or stage in life. With our motto of “Safe, Simple, and Fun,” Real Resolution aims to help you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.
In addition to one-on-one consultations and group exercise programmes, REPS also offers corporate education sessions on a range of occupational health and safety subjects. Our experienced trainers have worked across various industries, allowing us to provide entertaining and interactive presentations with real-world examples and unique insights.
For veterans with a referral from their GP, we offer DVA exercise programmes tailored to their specific needs. Whether it's at home or at a local gym, our exercise physiologists will ensure that each session is suitable and beneficial for you.
We also have extensive experience working in the field of workcover, collaborating closely with you, your GP, and your case manager to achieve the best possible outcomes. Our customisable solutions are designed to help you recover, rehabilitate, and return to work.
If you're looking for fitness challenges for your team or club, REPS has its own Ultimate Fitness Challenge. This dynamic and diverse range of tests allows you to identify areas where improvements can be made and encourage friendly competition among your group.
At REPS, our exercise physiologists are allied health professionals who have completed an intensive four-year university degree.
