Joanne believes that every woman deserves to feel strong, fit, confident, and empowered. She aims to create a community where matriarchs can become role models for future generations, inspiring them to believe in themselves and invest in their well-being.
The Real Girls Movement promotes the Real Girls approach, emphasising that a healthy life is not about deprivation, achieving six-packs, or fitting into bikinis. Instead, it focuses on eating well, moving well, and living well. It encourages women to be role models for their children, showing them that a healthy lifestyle is easy and normal. Additionally, it prioritises self-acceptance, self-confidence, self-care, and pursuing dreams.

This group fitness membership provides a fun, supportive, and sweaty environment. Members can participate in in-person workouts, access a comprehensive on-demand workout library through the Real Girls Sweat app, access recipes, attend seminars, participate in healthy habit challenges, and receive accountability and support.
