Located in Sooke, Therapeutic Yoga And Ayurvedic Wellness is a nurturing and supportive yoga studio that focuses on promoting holistic health and well-being. Led by Regina, a certified and experienced Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), the studio offers a variety of therapeutic yoga classes and workshops to support individuals in their healing journey.
The studio offers private and small group sessions, both in-person and on Zoom, catering to individuals of all levels of yoga experience. Participants are encouraged to explore movements safely, build strength, and develop increased awareness of their bodies. The series of pre-registered therapeutic yoga classes are adapted to the individual needs of the participants, allowing them to progress towards improved self-care and health. Yoga props are provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own for added comfort.
