Accredited by the Canadian Therapeutic Riding Association, TROtt offers a range of programs tailored to individuals with various physical, mental, developmental, and learning disabilities. From therapeutic riding to equine-assisted learning and para-sports, TROtt's certified staff and dedicated volunteers strive to create a supportive and enriching experience for all participants. With a focus on enjoyment, achievement, and challenge, TROtt combines sport, therapy, learning, and fun to deliver holistic and evidence-based interventions.

In 2022, over 100 volunteers collectively devoted more than 7,000 hours to TROtt's operations, highlighting the strong sense of community and teamwork within the organization.
