Situated in Oxford, our fitness centre offers a range of services designed to empower individuals through movement and exercise. Whether you are looking for personal training, group fitness classes, or social impact programmes, we have something for everyone.
At The Project PT, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and inclusive space for people of all ages and fitness levels. Our gym membership includes coached sessions that cater to a variety of interests and goals. Our experienced coaches specialise in strength and conditioning, pain management, injury rehabilitation, long-distance events, boxing, and more. We are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and supportive environment.
For young people, we offer a range of kids and teen sessions that focus on building strength, confidence, and communication skills. Our Youth Gym session is specially designed for teenagers aged 12–16 years, providing an opportunity for them to learn proper technique and form while using gym equipment. The session runs during school time only and has a maximum capacity of 10 young people to ensure a personalised and effective experience.
We also offer boxing classes for children aged 6–10 years and young teens aged 10–14 years. These sessions not only teach basic boxing techniques but also incorporate fun games and activities to promote friendship and confidence-building. Our expert coaches create a safe and supportive environment where children can develop physical skills and improve their overall fitness.
In addition to our fitness offerings, The Project PT is committed to making a positive social impact. We have various intervention programmes aimed at supporting young people and vulnerable adults. Through our community interest company (CIC), we actively engage in projects that address social issues and provide opportunities for personal development and growth. We encourage individuals to refer young people and vulnerable adults to our programmes and be a part of our social impact initiatives.
