The Private Pilates Studio is a fitness centre located in beautiful North Vancouver, BC. Our mission is to provide small group classes, semi-private classes, and sessions that focus on improving overall strength and health, both physically and mentally. Our dedicated instructors are passionate about Pilates and teach both reformer and mat classes to individuals of all ages, gender identities, and abilities.
At The Private Pilates Studio, we pride ourselves on our experience and professionalism. We do not currently offer online services, as we believe in the importance of in-person instruction for the best Pilates experience. Located in North Vancouver, our studio provides a welcoming environment where clients can focus on their health and wellness in a supportive setting.
Our founder, Natalie A. Forchuk, has a personal story of transformation through Pilates. From overcoming health challenges such as fibromyalgia, depression, and chronic fatigue to becoming a personal trainer and health coach, Natalie understands the power of Pilates in achieving optimal health. She specializes in areas such as wellness, prehab/rehab, and athlete training, ensuring that each client receives a customized program that aligns with their fitness goals.
