Are you the owner of The Pride. Private Personal Training Studio.?

Pleased to introduce you to The Pride, a private personal training studio located in Auckland, New Zealand. The Pride is renowned for its dedication to providing the best one-on-one personal training experience on The North Shore. In an industry saturated with large group training, The Pride caters specifically to introverts, offering specialised one-on-one training and personal training pods for up to four people.
What sets The Pride apart from other gyms is its commitment to creating a comfortable and judgement-free environment. Our studio is designed to ensure that clients feel at ease and supported throughout their fitness journey, without the fear of being judged by others. We firmly believe that a welcoming and supportive atmosphere fosters confidence and enables our clients to achieve their goals.
The one-on-one personal training experience at The Pride is unparalleled. Our team of highly skilled and experienced trainers are specialists in one-on-one training, guaranteeing individualised attention and tailored workouts. We take pride in our ability to design the most effective and enjoyable training sessions in New Zealand, ensuring that every client achieves optimal results.
Additionally, The Pride places great importance on nutrition and its role in achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Our co-owner, Mel, is currently studying to be a nutritionist at the world-renowned MNU (Mac-Nutrition Uni), which focuses on evidence-based research and practical application. Through individual consultations, we develop personalised nutrition plans that create healthy relationships with food, ensuring long-lasting and sustainable results.
At The Pride, we operate as a tight-knit community, treating every member as part of our extended family. Just like a lion is nothing without its pride, we understand the significance of a supportive and inclusive environment. Our owners and founders, Samu and Mel, have put in thousands of hours of dedication to establish The Pride as a place where every individual feels valued and supported.
1. Do you provide nutrition guidance?
Yes, we offer individualised nutrition consultations. Our approach to nutrition takes into account each client's unique needs and goals, focusing on creating healthy and sustainable relationships with food. Mel, our head coach, is currently studying to be a nutritionist at the world-renowned MNU, ensuring that we provide the most up-to-date evidence-based guidance.
2. Do you provide set meal plans?
No, we believe that set meal plans often yield quick but short-lived results. Our goal is to provide education and flexibility for long-term success. As we aim to be the last gym you'll ever need to join, we prioritise creating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle rather than relying on meal plans.
3. What type of training do you offer?
Our training programmes are tailored to suit each individual's goals, preferences, and fitness levels. We offer a range of exercises, including HIIT, strength training, cardio, and boxing. Strength training, combined with nutritional guidance, is generally the most beneficial for most clients.
4. Do you provide boxing/kickboxing training?
Yes, Coach Mel is highly experienced in kickboxing and has been competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for five years. She has a passion for helping beginners get fit through boxing and kickboxing. We offer a non-intimidating environment for those interested in trying martial arts.
5. Is nutrition help included in one-on-one training, or is it an additional cost?
As long as you are a member of The Pride, nutritional guidance is included in your training. We believe that holistic support is essential for achieving optimal results and encourage our members to make the most of this opportunity.
At The Pride, we believe in the endless pursuit of being better and living with confidence. Join us in embracing The Hunt and experience a training journey that will transform your life.
