In addition to physiotherapy, The Positive Movement Lab also offers a fully equipped Pilates studio, featuring machines like the Cadillac, Chair, and Ladder Barrel. Clients can experience a variety of Pilates exercises and equipment, designed to reawaken their movement potential and achieve their fitness goals. For those who are new to Pilates and want to learn more, the studio offers a 3-for-2 deal on 1:1 Pilates sessions.

The team at The Positive Movement Lab is led by Bhavini Mistry, a Charted Physiotherapist, certified Pilates instructor, and owner of the studio. With over 18 years of experience in Physiotherapy and a specialisation in movement rehabilitation, Bhavini is dedicated to helping clients achieve their movement and health goals. She is also trained in various treatment approaches, including acupuncture and kinesio-taping.
Bhavini's passion for movement extends back to her early teens, where she discovered her love for Pilates. She believes in the power of movement and its impact on overall health, including mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through her own experiences, she understands the difference that consistent movement practise can make in one's life.
