With the TeamUp Members app, available on iOS and Android, you can view your class schedule, manage registrations, and track membership and attendance history. Alternatively, you can simply click the “Book Now” button on their Facebook page or go directly to TeamUp to make a booking. Appointment reminders and confirmations will be sent via text, and the 24/7 availability allows for easy scheduling.
