Emily Harlow, the passionate and qualified pilates instructor, brings her background in singing, dancing, and performing arts into her classes. She completed her Pilates Qualification with Authentic Pilates Education International under the guidance of Olga Tamara, specialising in Classical Pilates but also infusing her classes with her own unique style. Emily's recent move to Pacific Palms has allowed her to establish “The Place for Everybody” and bring the benefits of pilates to the local community.

The studio offers a range of classes to cater to different preferences and goals. Mat classes, limited to 8 people, combine traditional and contemporary pilates repertoire using props such as the magic circle and small soft ball. These classes focus on developing strength and flexibility to create long and lean muscles. Reformer classes, with a maximum of 6 people, take advantage of the moving carriage and spring system to provide a challenging full-body workout that leaves no muscle untouched.

Barre classes utilise the ballet barre to assist with balance and incorporate squats, dancing, and pulsing movements for a high-energy and dynamic workout. Additionally, the studio offers a Stretch class, designed to elongate tight muscles, increase flexibility, and reduce physical and emotional stress within the body.
