Caron's dedication to continuous education is evident in the studio's evolution. She has not only extensive training in Pilates and body physiology but also holds degree-level qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, alongside certification in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) from Oxford University.
