In our studio, we ensure personalised attention by teaching small groups of 10 individuals in Mat-based classes or 5 participants in Reformer-based sessions. Additionally, we offer private sessions for individuals or pairs, allowing for a deeper understanding of the pilates technique and more effective practise.

We uphold high standards of pilates tuition, ensuring that all clients can move safely regardless of any movement difficulties they may have. Our contemporary, research-based approach to Pilates enables you to reach your fitness goals with grace and ease. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we welcome you to join us in our friendly studio.

The Pilates Shed offers a variety of classes and courses to cater to different needs and preferences. Our private tuition option allows you to address specific movement issues or experience pilates for the first time. By attending four private sessions, you will be prepared to join a group class at the studio.

For beginners, we offer a four-week beginners course that provides a solid understanding of the technique and its benefits. We also conduct three-hour workshops that serve as intensive introductions to pilates. Additionally, we provide Mat Work and Reformer Pilates classes at all levels, including clinical, improver, intermediate, and advanced levels.

For those with specific conditions such as back or joint pain, osteoarthritis, and more, we offer Clinical Level classes tailored to meet their needs. We also periodically run workshops that address specific movement issues.
