Naomi offers a full range of apparatus - from the Wunda chair and High chair to the Cadillac and Spine Corrector. Her teachers are top-notch, committed to the traditional Pilates method.

Being the first Classical Pilates studio in Hitchin, Naomi’s gained quite the reputation. With 11 awards under her belt, the real win for her remains in making folks feel fantastic. The studio welcomes all body types - a positive space where everyone can share the joy of movement.
