The Pilates Lounge

Our instructors are highly trained and experienced in the Pilates method, and are able to modify exercises to suit each individual's needs and abilities.

Our studio is equipped with all the traditional Pilates equipment, including the Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, High Barrel, Spine Corrector, and smaller apparatus. This allows us to offer both private and group sessions, giving our clients the option to choose what best suits their preferences and goals. Our group mat classes create a wonderful social dynamic, with great energy in the room making working out a fun and positive experience.

For those who prefer a more individualised approach, our private studio sessions focus on using the traditional Pilates equipment to provide a tailored workout. These sessions can be booked by appointment online, making it easy and convenient for clients to schedule their sessions in advance. We offer a range of packages and first-timer offers to make Pilates more accessible to everyone.

Whether you are a beginner or have experience in Pilates, we have classes for all levels. Our beginner mat classes are perfect for those who are new to Pilates and want to learn the fundamentals of the exercises and principles. We also offer intermediate mat classes for those who are looking to challenge themselves and progress in their practise.
