Inside out, I wanted to help others experience the same transformation. I completed my Pilates certification, and I am excited to share my passion for Pilates with others. Amanda Strang I have been active my whole life and have always been fascinated with how the body works. I have worked in healthcare and was a personal trainer for 2 years before discovering Pilates.
Once I started doing Pilates, I knew this was what I wanted to specialize in. I love how Pilates can help anyone, no matter their fitness level, improve their strength, flexibility, and overall health. I completed my certification, and I am excited to help others discover the many benefits of Pilates. The Pilates Health Hub is a welcoming and inclusive studio located in Vernon, offering a range of Pilates classes, physiotherapy services, and microcurrent point stimulation therapy.
