The Pilates Angel

In my journey, from attending cardio classes at the gym to trying yoga and pilates. It was when I discovered Pilates that everything changed for me.

I started attending Pilates classes at my local gym and fell in love with it. Pilates focuses on strengthening the core muscles and developing the whole body, which I found incredibly beneficial for my overall fitness levels. Not only did I notice improvements in my strength and flexibility, but my friends and family also started noticing the positive changes in my physique.

I became so passionate about Pilates that I decided to train as a teacher and share my love for this form of exercise with others. That's how The Pilates Angel was born.

At The Pilates Angel, our goal is to help you embrace a happy and healthy life by improving your mobility, flexibility, and core strength. We offer a variety of classes in Hemel Hempstead to cater to different levels and abilities. Whether you're a complete beginner or have been practising Pilates for years, there's a class for everyone.

Our group classes are held on Wednesday and Thursday evenings at the Bennetts End Community Centre. The Mixed Ability Pilates class is suitable for adults of all levels and abilities, even those who are new to Pilates. The class focuses on traditional mat exercises using body weight and some small equipment. We limit the class size to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure personalised attention and the best experience for everyone.

We also offer a new class on Thursdays, which is another Mixed Ability Pilates class. This class has a slightly larger capacity, with a maximum of 12 participants. It's a great opportunity to challenge yourself and further enhance your Pilates practise.

For those who prefer personalised attention, we offer one-to-one sessions in the comfort of your own home. These sessions are tailored to your goals and abilities, ensuring that you get the individualised guidance you need to progress.
