Katherine herself trained with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and is a Fellow member of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) in Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, and Theatrecraft. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Katherine is passionate about providing standards of excellence in dance education.

The classes at The Performance Academy follow the IDTA syllabus, offering a structured learning pathway for students. From Grade 2 Ballet and Tap to Advanced 1 Tap, there are classes suitable for all levels and ages starting from 2. 5 years old. Additionally, the academy provides private lessons for personalised and focused training.

The academy's faculty, consisting of skilled and dedicated instructors, strives to create a nurturing and supportive environment for students of all abilities. Associates such as Nicola Markham and Mary Green bring their expertise in drama and ballet, respectively, to enhance the learning experience for students. Nicky, who trained at Mountview Theatre School London, has a wealth of experience in acting and has taught drama across different educational sectors. Mary, on the other hand, has recently graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance in London and is eagerly awaiting her Licentiate in Ballet Teaching.
