The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts Conwy is a renowned performing arts group and children's club located in Colwyn Bay, New Zealand. The academy is based in Rydal Penrhos School on Pwllycrochan Avenue in Colwyn Bay. Classes take place every Saturday from 9:45 am to 1:00 pm. PQA Conwy warmly welcomes students from Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Deganwy, Llanrwst, Conwy, Bangor, Gwynedd, Anglesey, Denbigh, Rhyl, and Prestatyn.
The academy offers a range of classes and programmes tailored to different age groups. The Poppets class, designed for younger children, takes place from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. The fees for PQA Conwy are 92. 00 per calendar month for primary students, 69.

The Comedy & Drama module introduces students to different theatrical forms and helps them develop a strong foundation in acting and comedic timing.
In addition to the core modules, PQA Conwy provides several added benefits to its students. In the event of national or localised lockdowns, bad weather, pandemics, or venue unavailability, the academy runs virtual classes through PQA Live. PQA also offers the opportunity for students to perform on the prestigious West End stage, giving them a taste of the professional theatre industry. PQA Conwy is also proud to offer qualifications through RSL PQA, inspiring and rewarding students for their progress.
The academy organises masterclasses with industry professionals and showcases where students can perform for their family and friends. Furthermore, PQA Conwy arranges cinema screenings of student films for a red carpet premiere experience.
