In terms of opening hours, our physiotherapy sessions are available from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with the last appointment at 17:00. If you require women's health physiotherapy, we offer dedicated sessions on Thursdays from 09:00 to 17:00. For our Pilates classes, please refer to our timetable on the 'Pilates' page.
