Laura Radford, the director of the school, is an experienced and specialist dance teacher, mentor, and choreographer. She trained at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) in London, holds a BA (Hons) in Ballet Education, and specialises in RAD's work. In addition to teaching at the school, Miss Laura also teaches dance classes at primary schools in the local area.

Another member of the team is Jessica Liu, a singing and creative arts teacher. Miss Jess has a First Class Degree in Child Development and holds a level 3 qualification in Counselling Skills. She has extensive experience working with children's charities and in various educational settings.
