Fit between the client and The Mumma Movement. This includes a phone interview to discuss needs and goals, an initial birth meeting to gather information, a birth plan meeting to create a personalised plan, and a final meeting to discuss any concerns or questions. The Mumma Movement offers a Basic Birth Balance (BBB) package, which includes all of the above services as well as support during labour and one hour post-birth, along with visits in the first and third weeks postpartum.
In addition to their focus on birthing and postpartum services, The Mumma Movement also offers a variety of training options to help women feel and look amazing throughout their pregnancy, postpartum journey, and into motherhood. Their Spring into Summer Mumma programme is a 10-week in-house programme designed to address core and pelvic floor connexion, mobility, strength, and overall wellness. The programme runs three times a week at their stress-free, child-friendly functional training facility in Byron Bay.
The Mumma Movement is led by Ariel, an exercise scientist and mother of three. Ariel's passion lies in empowering women to move well, create sustainable wellness systems, and improve birthing outcomes. Her approach focuses on building physical strength to help women explore their athletic potential and love the way they look every day, based on their own worth and value, rather than a number on a scale.
In addition to their training programmes, The Mumma Movement also offers services in holistic nutrition, including meal planning, to support women in fuelling their bodies and their babies during and after pregnancy. They believe in peaceful parenting and strive to make the world a better place through a cruelty-free lifestyle.
The Mumma Movement is dedicated to education and empowerment. They work with strong women who are seeking to move well, look their own kind of best, and create a balanced and sustainable wellness system. They believe that women are strong, and by helping them develop physical strength, they can tap into their full athletic and human potential.
