What kind of gym is The Meta Movement?

We're a private functional fitness and HYROX training gym, with private gym, classes and personal training. We're based at Holmsted Farm in Cuckfield, just outside Haywards Heath.

What classes do you offer?

You can choose from a variety of class options including weight training or strength, fitness and conditioning, HYROX specific and hybrid training. We also run small group fitness classes.

Do you offer personal training and online coaching?

Yes, we provide 1to1 or private groups, including corporate team sessions. We also offer online coaching through the MQ Method.
