What activities and facilities do you offer?

We run a range of indoor and outdoor activities for all ages and abilities, including fitness classes, a newly re-purposed gymnasium, a four court games hall, and two squash courts. Outdoors you can access a synthetic full size football hockey pitch, football and rugby pitches, and a track and field area.

Where can I train, and what are your opening hours?

You’ll find our indoor facilities like the gymnasium, games hall, and squash courts at the centre, plus outdoor pitches and track and field areas. We’re open Mon to Thu 06:00 to 22:00, Fri 06:00 to 21:00, and Sat to Sun 09:00 to 17:00.

How do I book activities or join as a member?

Outdoor areas are available for hire by clubs and groups throughout the year. Squash courts can be hired by centre members or on a pay as you go basis.
