THELAB Athletic club

THELAB Athletic Club in Tauranga is a hybrid training club for everyday members through to elite athletes. It combines four pillars of wellness: training, performance, recovery and connection, with class offerings aimed at personal health and wellness outcomes. There is an in-house performance testing area for VO2 max and RMR, plus a recovery space with saunas, ice baths and hyperbaric chambers. THELAB also runs events that focus on movement, community connection and shared learning.
