Class schedules cater to all age groups. Children aged 7 to 11 can join classes on Mondays and Thursdays from 6 to 7pm. Teenagers and adults have their sessions from 7 to 8:30pm on the same days. A free trial class is also available for those keen to experience the programmes before committing.
