The present day, The Kalari Academy in Little India, Singapore, aims to preserve and promote these ancient martial art forms of Kalaripayattu, Silambattam, and Adimurai.

The Kalari Academy offers classes for beginners and kids above 5 years old, with a focus on self-defence, yogasanas, and individuality. The class schedule includes sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, catering to different age groups and preferences. There are also exclusive ladies-only sessions on Sundays for women interested in learning these traditional martial arts.

Located at 448 Serangoon Road #03-01, Singapore 218138, The Kalari Academy provides a unique training experience by incorporating elements of ancient battlefield practises and self-defensive arts. Students have the opportunity to reconnect with the Earth by training in a specially designed pit dug into the ground to harness energy and power from the Earth.

The origins of Kalaripayattu, Silambattam, and Adimurai date back to around 1000 BC, making them some of the oldest known fighting systems in existence. The ancient texts mention six disciplines of Kalaripayattu, each serving different purposes such as warfare training, settling duels, healing, meditation, understanding vital points, and daily training.
