Led by our experienced and passionate teacher, Karen Cadogan, we offer a variety of yoga and dance classes for adults. Our studio is accredited by Treehouse Yoga, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and practise. At The Hummingbird Studio, we believe in the beauty of spirit in movement and stillness.

Through our classes, we aim to create a harmonious connexion between the body, mind, and spirit, bringing a sense of tranquilly and wellbeing into the present moment. Our yoga classes are based on Vinyasa Flow, a smooth linking sequence of positions coordinated with the breath. This practise not only helps improve physical strength and flexibility but also encourages self-awareness and a deep sense of relaxation. Dance classes at The Hummingbird Studio are designed to explore self-expression through the joy of movement with music.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced dancer, our holistic and interactive approach will help you develop your skills, refresh your mind, and release those “feel good” endorphins. We are excited to announce that we now offer Silver Swans classes! These ballet classes are specifically designed for individuals over the age of 55, helping them stay fit, active, and engaged. All levels are welcome, and our licenced teachers will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
