To book a class at The Hub, you can create a Team Up account on their website. Once logged in, you can browse the schedule and select the class of your choice. Simply hit the register button, and you're good to go.

Conveniently located off junction 13 of the M20, The Hub offers onsite parking for its members. The business car park is accessible from Shearway Road, and payment is required for stays over an hour. However, drop-offs and collections are free, and there is also street parking available on Shearway Road for those who do not wish to pay.

To participate in classes at The Hub, it is important to wear appropriate attire. For pole classes, first-timers are advised to wear leggings or jogging bottoms, shorts, and a fitted top. Sports bras or secure crop tops are recommended. It is crucial to avoid moisturised hands and jewellery as they may hinder your grip on the poles.

Hoop classes require leggings or long sleeve t-shirts, and socks are optional. Aerial yoga classes, also known as hammock classes, recommend covering armpits and wearing socks. It is essential to wear clothing that won't catch or snag the fabric and to avoid jewellery or clothing with zips.
