New to archery? No problem. The Howard Bowmen offers a comprehensive beginner's course, approved by Archery GB. This one-day Saturday course covers the basics, ensures your safety, and helps you decide if archery is right for you. After completing the course, you'll receive ongoing coaching and access to club equipment, as well as resources through the Members Area and WhatsApp group.
Archery at The Howard Bowmen is about finding your own path. Whether you aim to improve your scores competitively or shoot for fun, the club supports all levels of commitment.
Monthly beginner's courses, limited to 12 participants, provide all the gear, coaching, and refreshments you need. Complete this course and you're eligible to join The Howard Bowmen or any Archery GB affiliated club.
Rest assured, The Howard Bowmen coaches are Archery GB qualified, maintaining high standards of coaching and safety. Senior members also offer their guidance to help you grow in the sport.
