The Health Collective Galt is a multidisciplinary health and wellness centre in Cambridge, founded by Marsha Jaworski, an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga, and Fitness Instructor. Marsha's approach to health and healing is rooted in the belief that education, movement, nutrition, and mindfulness are essential components of holistic well-being. With a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Guelph and a background in fitness, yoga, and meditation, Marsha brings a unique blend of knowledge and experience to her practice.
As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, Marsha uses gentle hands-on techniques to address the root cause of pain and discomfort, working to restore balance and improve the body's natural ability to heal itself. She is a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners, having completed her education at The Canadian College of Osteopathy. Her thesis research focused on the effect of global osteopathic treatment on balance in healthy adults, highlighting her commitment to evidence-based practice.
