The Health and Fitness Association of Australia (HAFA) is a quality and affordable association that provides fitness registration, education and development, member benefits, and support for professionals in the fitness, health, nutrition, and wellness industries in Australia. Founded by fitness professionals for fitness professionals, HAFA is an approved registration body under Australia's only Fitness Industry Code of Practise.
HAFA aims to protect the rights of trainers and instructors across Australia, working towards making the fitness industry a better place for its professionals. As an industry body, HAFA provides value with fitness registration by offering a range of services and benefits that fitness professionals can utilise. These include monthly online masterclasses, industry discounts and perks, discounted insurance, and Union Delegate advice and support. Union members also receive free financial advice, legal advice, and perks with ME Bank and LUCRF/Australian Super.
Additionally, HAFA offers online member profiles and much more, all included in one registration fee.
In an effort to give back, HAFA donates 10% of all fitness registration costs directly to charity. By becoming a member of HAFA, fitness professionals not only enhance their own careers but also contribute to a greater cause.
HAFA features a number of well-regarded fitness professionals as its members, including EVE PHELAN, a presenter and performance coach for Les Mills GRIT and National Trainer & Presenter for Les Mills BODY ATTACK & GRIT. The association celebrates its members and showcases their expertise and achievements.
Membership with HAFA is available for different registration periods. For a one-year registration, the fee is $89. 00, and for a two-year registration, the fee is $159. 00.
