- Glove and hand wraps: We provide gloves at the gym, and hand wraps are available for purchase from reception. Hand wraps are necessary to protect your wrists and hands during boxing.
- Location and parking: You can find us at Level 2/492 Queen Street, Auckland Central. We have allocated car parks within the Wilson Parking lot at 10 Liverpool Street. There is also parking available along Liverpool Street, Turner Street, or in the Wilson Parking lot across from the gym.
- Personal training: We offer personal one-on-one training sessions tailored to your fitness level and goals. Contact us via email for a quote and to arrange a suitable time.
- Booking classes: If you've visited us before or have a class pass or membership, you can simply turn up at any of our classes. For first-time visitors, sign up for a free trial online, so we know when to expect you.
- Attire: We recommend wearing comfortable workout gear. Showers and bathrooms are available for use, and feel free to bring your own hand wraps and gloves if you have them.
