Children at this age are gaining strength and coordination but may not have the judgment for proper technique yet. Parent to Child Ages 13-17 is 1:6 Parents must stay in the same area as the children and be available for support.

Children at this age are more capable climbers but still benefit from adult guidance.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLIMBING AT THE HANGAR?

Comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for freedom of movement is recommended for climbing at The Hangar. You will also need appropriate climbing shoes, which can be rented at the gym if you do not have your own. It's always a good idea to bring a water bottle and chalk bag to stay hydrated and improve your grip.

CAN I BRING MY OWN CLIMBING GEAR?
