Our outdoor training rig called “The Unit”. This state-of-the-art facility is fully equipped with everything you need for weight training, outdoor bootcamp sessions, and group personal training sessions. The Unit is fully transportable, allowing us to take our gym to various locations in Wanaka for dynamic and varied workouts.
FIT is one of our high-intensity interval training programmes designed to make you stronger, fitter, and faster. As a member of the FIT team, you will train with your team three times per week for a six-week block. Our objective is to achieve absolute full-body fitness and functionality. Throughout the programme, we will test your fitness, manage your journey, and measure your success.
FIT is all about teamwork and pushing each other to reach new heights.
CORE360 is another specialised programme offered at The GYM Wanaka. Focusing on strengthening your core centre, CORE360 is a six-week progressive block where you and your fellow team members will train twice per week. Our goal is to hone your connexion to the belly, bum, back, and shoulders. The core is essential for stabilising the trunk while the arms and legs move during functional movements.
It is the centre of all your movement, and with CORE360, you will build stability and strength from within.
For those looking to relieve stress and engage in an incredible full-body workout, we offer boxing and kickboxing classes under our BOX programme. BOX combines martial arts and boxing skills to build strength, endurance, and cardio fitness. This high-impact class utilises boxing drills and core exercises, helping you build muscle in your legs, hips, core, arms, chest, and shoulders. It also improves other aspects of fitness, such as strength, speed, hand-eye coordination, agility, endurance, and power.
