About
Since 1988, The Grove School of Dance has been rocking Stockport’s Hazel Grove with top-notch dance lessons. Amanda Jean Weate and her crew run the show at their cool, mirrored studio in Hazel Grove Civic Hall. This isn't just any dance school - it’s where fun, friendship, and performance collide. From ballet to burlesque, there's something for everyone, whether you're dancing for kicks or career dreams.
They've got loads of classes - ballet, tap, modern, contemporary, musical theatre, and more. The teaching team, including Vice Principal Louise Joy, Hannah Fisher, and Martha Urry, keep sessions dynamic and supportive, helping each dancer progress at their own speed.
Not just about classes, The Grove School of Dance organises performances, charity gigs, and even gets students involved in filming projects. They're serious about safety too, following Covid-friendly measures and offering flexible timetables.
Tuesday and Wednesday sessions cover all dance bases and private lessons are a go for those eyeing exams or auditions. They throw in some sweet deals too – like discounts and free lessons for the third child.
Got questions or keen to join? Hit them up on social media, phone, or email. Amanda Jean Weate and the team are eager to share the joy of dance with new members. Jump in and experience the buzz at The Grove School of Dance!
